Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging.

To start a return, email orders@choicecitymoto.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Include photos of the item and of how it’s packed for shipping. We’ll review them and, if the return is approved, send you a prepaid return label and instructions. The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. Items sent back without an approved return won’t be accepted.

Packing your return
Pack the item in its original box. Wrap it so it can’t move or rub against anything, and don’t ship parts loose or in a padded mailer. Damage caused by poor packing is the customer’s responsibility.

Inspection
We photograph every return when it arrives. If an item comes back damaged, installed, used, or missing its original packaging, we’ll either issue a partial refund that reflects the damage, or send the item back to you at your cost. Your choice.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We’ll make it right, and you won’t pay return shipping in those cases.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards, and custom-built or made-to-order items (including custom-length or custom-color suspension), unless they arrive defective or aren’t what you ordered.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return, and whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, minus the return label cost and any partial-refund deduction. Your bank may take a few days to post it.
